Scoring Unit Stamping
Danmatic’s Stamping Unit is designed to create decorative patterns or markings on the surface of bread, pastries or other dough products to create a visual appealing appearance. When products are stamped before the oven, you will have a nice and controlled opening of the crust during baking.
Danmatic’s Stamping Unit is designed to ease the cutting process in the bakery, eliminating the hard and repetitive work of making cuts by hand and to give the bread a precise and controlled cut to enhance the final appealing appearance.
The Stamping Unit is customized based on product pattern and requested cutting pattern. With the blades in the stamping tool we can decorate small and large products, with or without seeds in tins or free-standing products.
In some cases, it can be beneficial to have a rejector plate to prevent the dough to stick to the blades in the stamping tool.
